The reseating of the RAM didn’t resolve the issue. I recall the GPU fans whirring even when there was no load, which reinforces my belief it’s the root cause.

Running the PC alone puts a strain on the system, often leading to increased GPU cooling and higher fan speeds at startup. This is typical behavior.

Maybe the system is still processing or there could be a temporary issue.

It seems the system attempts to start from BIOS but fails, then shuts off. This usually occurs with inconsistent CPU or RAM overclocks or a defective component.

It seems the system isn't producing any video output and isn't shutting down. You were in BIOS when a crash occurred, trying to run RAM at 3600Mhz, but the XMP settings failed and dropped to 2400Mhz. This could have contributed to the issue.

Occasionally your motherboard might lower your RAM speed to its standard level when overclocking doesn’t let you boot into BIOS. If you push it to 3600 MHz and it becomes unstable, it can lead to many problems. I’d suggest reverting back to the default 2400 MHz and check if that resolves the issue.

Try different methods to access BIOS, such as using a USB drive or jumper settings. If still not working, consult a professional technician.

Restarted the system by clearing the CMOS. The CMOS stores all your BIOS adjustments you made. Removing the CMOS battery for a specific period will revert it to factory settings, or some motherboards offer a CMOS reset button to achieve the same result.

Function worked flawlessly, and I also replaced one of the RAM sticks.
