I bought this portable monitor last year for use while traveling. It functioned well initially. I connected it to my PC using a mini-HDMI to DisplayPort cable, which worked fine. Recently, the monitor stopped working completely. The issue didn’t seem to be with the graphics card, as I tested with different cables and ports. When I tried the mini-HDMI port with the included mini-HDMI to HDMI cable, it operated properly. I switched to a USB-C to DisplayPort cable, which connected to my S24+ without problems. This monitor seems to work through either of its USB-C ports or the mini-HDMI. However, when using a bi-directional USB-C cable, it only shows a broken link symbol and doesn’t display anything. I’m unsure what’s wrong now. Should I try another cable? Maybe upgrade to a Thunderbolt 3 dock with a DisplayPort port for better compatibility? Is this monitor still functional despite the problems?
