Despite all efforts, I haven’t managed to successfully forward ports. I’m confused about what I’m doing incorrectly. Could my ISP be blocking those ports? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This issue happens with the game every time I try to play.

Ensure your static local IP is correctly configured and matches the one used for port forwarding. If Windows Firewall is interfering, adjust its settings. Your ISP may also be employing carrier-grade NAT, requiring further clarification.

I have a static IP and attempted to use it without a firewall enabled, but it didn't work.

Verify your connection status by matching the external IP from your router settings with the public IP you see online. If they differ and your router IP falls into 192.168.X.X, 10.X.X.X, or 172.16.X.X ranges, you're double-nat. If it's another range, you're likely behind carrier-grade NAT. Also confirm the service using that port is active during testing.
