I checked some YouTube videos about AIO cooling setups. Most people had fans pointing inside the case, while my setup had them facing outward as shown in the photos. I haven’t experienced any overheating problems, and when I play it, the temperature stays around 40-60°C. Would putting the fans inside help lower those temps?

As long as the fans are directed correctly, they will exhaust air effectively—blowing it outwards or upwards. This setup works whether you mount them on one side or the other. You’re using a pull configuration, while Linus demonstrated a push setup. The distinction is almost negligible.
