Hi, I noticed someone using a polygon tool to modify the shape and size of a selected area or layer. The entire layer appeared marked with triangles. Since it was a speed paint mode, there weren’t enough frames to clearly see his selections. Could you share more details about the software or context?

To choose a layer, hold CTRL and click the thumbnail in the layer panel, then press CTRL+T, right-click, and pick "Warp." This matches the action shown in the video.
