The phone fails to upload after powering on the boot screen.

Yesterday at an unexpected moment my phone stopped working. After the boot screen appears there are no posts left. No malware detected on the device and I can't perform a hard reset either. Assistance needed. Hello Doggy, Boot Screen=Samsung Galaxy A51 Secured by Knox, Powered by Android

It seems the display might be broken and should be swapped out. Odd how it stopped working without any visible harm. The internal connection could have simply disconnected.

There is a crack in the screen. But it is years old. I was planning on buying a new one. Would you say repair or buy new one. The phone is a Samsung A51 4G. And the screen works for some reason. But it only shows the Boot screen. Like that Samsung Galaxy boot thingy. But I can't get past that.
