The Phanteks universal remote isn't functioning properly.

Hello. I connected my fans to the hub, but recently it switched to maximum speed and the remote stopped working. Everything else functions normally. I restarted, but it didn’t help. Tried shutting down the PC and rebooting, but no luck. Checked for updates in Armoruy Crate and Windows, but nothing found. Any suggestions? My components are Asus B-550 and the Silent Wing 3 is working fine.

Discovered the problem. One of the wires was damaged.

Heh. That should work. If it’s still covered by the warranty, you can bring it in. It might take some time if you’re new to microsoldering. Still a valuable ability to develop.
