Hello! Your question is about texture quality differences between two texture packs in Minecraft. The Founders edition from Nvidia tends to give smoother, more realistic lighting and less blur compared to the Dedicated "Neon District" pack, which can look very pixelated and suffer from motion blur. It seems the issue might be related to how the textures are rendered or updated. Some players have found better alternatives or settings that improve performance and visual quality, especially on high-end hardware like an RTX 2060. You might want to check community forums or official guides for optimization tips.

It appears as a plain version without any texture enhancements.

It's common for many RTX texture packs to have a noticeable shine, highlighting the capabilities of RTX. Checking out NerdCubed on YouTube might be helpful since he’s currently working on an RTX series and uses a pack that looks less flashy. Also, the 2060 isn’t a high-performance graphics card, and Minecraft RTX is known for being quite power-intensive, so you wouldn’t likely see huge frame rates with it.

I looked into it, gave it a try, but I'm still unsure. It might be an early version of the Minecraft RTX. The results don't match what I expected, or it doesn't suit my needs. Appreciate the suggestion!
