In recent weeks my PC wouldn't boot up and I shared this. I initially suspected the speakers, but after replacing them with new ones, the issue persisted—new speakers still produced a strange buzzing noise upon plugging in. The system would power on briefly then fail again, though it worked fine with the old speakers. The buzzing was audible even when recording, and it also included occasional clicking sounds. Updated: played music and the buzzing became more noticeable. VID20240112123039.mp4

Check if the connectors are securely attached and if the outlet is correctly wired. Verify that the surge protector is functioning as intended without any visible damage.

It's time to contact a licensed electrician.

I checked it recently and the issue was resolved a few months back. It seems to be related to either my motherboard or the PSU's grounding. I might have a shaky PSU.

I would still verify the grounding. Also, the power strip and wall outlet should be checked.
