Hello everyone, just wanted to say I'm not experiencing this issue myself—it's a friend of mine. I've tried most of the troubleshooting steps mentally, but nothing seems to work. He was playing a game when his PC suddenly went black in the middle. After turning it off and waiting until the next day, he still saw the same black screen without a BIOS splash. He reset the CMOS using the button on his motherboard (NZXT N7 Z590) and the display started working properly. However, when he shut down the PC—either by pressing the case button or via Windows—the screen wouldn't boot again. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Verify if the BIOS supports CSM, and if missing, activate it. Also, troubleshoot your gaming monitor issue by connecting a non-gaming screen during startup.
