No POST, no activity. Initially assumed a power failure and dead PSU, replaced it. Still no response. Experimented with different connections, connected GPU, re-mounted CPU, reset CMOS. Still unsure if the issue lies with the motherboard. Thanks for your help.

Refresh your update with complete hardware details and operating system specifics. List both power supply units with their models and wattage, along with the disk drive information including make, model, capacity, and current usage. Verify that the main power source for the PC is functional, as well as any additional devices connected to the same circuit such as UPS units or surge protectors.

Apologies for leaving those out in my earlier message. Indeed, there is power available from the wall outlet.

Motherboard?
GPU?
Is the PC connected directly to the wall power supply - correct?
Did you only use the cables that came with the new PSU when replacing the power supplies?

My MOBO uses an ASRock A320 DVS R 4.0.
My GPU is an RX 580.
It connects directly to the power outlet.
Both PSUs are non-modular.

Check the power connections on page 29, making sure each one is securely and correctly positioned.

I filled up the MOBO, connected the pins to the Power Switch, but it didn't work.

If there are no power indicators such as beep codes or LEDs on the motherboard or installed parts, it seems the board has likely failed. Use a bright flashlight to thoroughly check the motherboard and all components for any damage. Attempt one final reassembly according to the User Manual and verify everything carefully. Look for any signs of damage. If nothing is found and the system still doesn’t boot, you may need to send the motherboard back for replacement.

I can't return it. I got it back in 2019.
The PC, the motherboard, and the CPU are all damaged. Likely due to insufficient UPS power. Thanks for your assistance.
