As discussed, openhardwaremonitor reports a maximum of 20W from my new GPU after the upgrade. It’s not reaching close to 60 fps in any game, and there are freezes with FPS drops during gameplay. I’ve updated the drivers for both the motherboard and GPU, reinstalled Windows on a new SSD, tested all fresh cables in my PC, and tried various solutions. It has been about a week since I received the parts, and I haven’t been able to fully test them yet. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Here are the specifications.
Thank you for the update. I was using a GTX 1070ti before, but I haven’t updated since I switched to a new M.2 SSD without GPU drivers and no other drives connected yet. My motherboard is running version 2020.14.0.1600.
I don't believe 90c is ideal, maybe it's time for a bit of cleaning and some thermal paste.
It seems you're questioning whether the issue might be related to the CPU fan rather than something else. You're considering waiting to see if it improves or if it's connected to the fan.
