The Event Viewer indicates an issue when the PC shuts down, specifically Event ID 41.

Yeah sorry, I misunderstood the 150W spec. It's actually designed to cool the CPU with a maximum draw of 150W.
I wish I could share the Event Viewer ID, but right now the PC isn't even starting. If it does, I'll update this message.
I also think the PSU might be the issue. I just got a Seasonic 1000W one, which is more than enough but I prefer something longer-lasting. I've had problems with PSUs before (two new ones didn't work), so I hope this helps.

Not every PSU is the same, and without the right understanding, it's simple to end up with low-quality units, particularly when trying to cut costs on PSU parts.

It operates differently when EXPO is turned off. You might have explored other EXPO profiles instead.

The event viewer IDs are mostly showing the same issue, with 7023 indicating access denied errors and 36871 pointing to a fatal TLS client credential creation failure. These aren't the main causes affecting the shutdown.

Only the EXPO profile 1 is available for selection. The remaining options are disabled.

Most problems with PCs stem from either software or hardware.
From a software perspective, driver conflicts, OS corruption, and overlapping software are common concerns.
Top software solutions:
* Update the OS drive
* Perform a clean Windows installation
These steps eliminate software-related issues, such as bloatware and malware (except rootkits or when malware affects the second drive and then re-infects the OS drive).
Nevertheless, your primary concern appears to be a hardware problem.
Unusual reboots or shutdowns are usually due to two factors:
1. The CPU/GPU overheats and the system shuts down to avoid damage.
2. The PSU cannot supply sufficient power to the GPU or fails to maintain stable voltage for the PC.
First, verify your CPU/GPU temperatures, both when idle and under load. If temperatures are normal, it’s likely the PSU is the issue.

Thanks for the support. I swapped out the PSU yesterday and everything is now functioning properly without any problems.
