The PC stops functioning following a break.
The situation was that I took a two-week break. While away, I powered down the PC assuming storms were coming. Upon returning, I attempted to restart it, but when I pressed the power button, the GPU lights and fans briefly activated for a fraction of a second before everything ceased. The GPU has a small indicator near its 6-pin connector, suggesting no major issue. I've already tried the CMOS battery procedure, but nothing changed. VID_20190807_133722.mp4
Do you have an alternative power source available for testing within the system? It appears there might be a power-related concern.
Did you disconnect your modem or another device? Or perhaps the dirt inside the case has finally caused a short circuit. In any case, the safest approach is to unplug everything until it functions properly. Alternatively, start by removing all components one by one, beginning with the essentials—CPU, motherboard, and power supply—and check if it powers on.
