Hello, I'm trying to assist with my PC issue. The motherboard is a Gigabyte A520M K V2. Sometimes when I turn it on, it boots into Windows, other times into BIOS and displays "no boot device found." In the M.2 section, it shows "M.2 : N/A." I'm not sure if the problem is with my SSD or the motherboard. Please help me, thank you.

Are the BIOS and firmware for the motherboard and SSD current?
Is the M.2 slot properly positioned?
What specific M.2 SSD model is connected?
Have you executed the manufacturer's diagnostic tool during a Windows session?

I just changed the bios to the latest version and I'm uncertain if the SSD is up to date. I'm not sure how to verify that. For what I understand it's properly installed. It's the Gigabyte 500gb SSD. helpstar suggested checking with the manufacturer's tool in Windows, but I didn't know where to find it.
