I am a new PC builder who recently started assembling my first computer in January. Initially, everything works perfectly without any problems. However, after a few weeks, it begins to encounter issues when trying to turn it on. It requires 2-3 seconds to hold the power button before booting, though sometimes it takes longer or even fails completely. I try solving it by turning off the UPS and unplugging the power cable, then waiting a few seconds and retrying. The outcome varies—sometimes it works, other times it doesn’t. I’m concerned that this might continue and eventually prevent the system from booting at all.

My power supply comes from a friend who used it for over a year. I’m unsure if the PSU is the issue, as it functioned properly during my first use.
