Hi, I've noticed my computer frequently freezes when loading games. It happens regardless of the game, and every time it stops, the entire screen remains frozen except for the mouse cursor. I can move the cursor normally but cannot click anything. The keyboard doesn't help with opening Task Manager or similar functions, though I can still hear background audio. I've tried holding the power button to force a shutdown, which crashes the system and forces a reboot via BIOS. The hard drive appears healthy, I've replaced the RAM, updated Windows and GPU drivers, but the problem persists. It occurs with about one in five game launches, sometimes the PC runs fine then freezes after the next game. Could anyone have any insight? Thank you for your help. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Be cautious when choosing load-optimized configurations. This might be an overclocking setup, but your processor doesn't require maximum performance. There could be BIOS updates available. Search for the default load basic settings.

I set them to use the default basic configurations upon restart. The only configuration I ever applied was XMP for my RAM. Even without it, the system would still freeze, and even after adjusting it, it continued to freeze.
