No malware detected. Storage usage is at 40 percent, CPU temperature is 42 degrees during regular use. Heatsink fan isn’t working, and the technician at the Lenovo center couldn’t resolve the issue.

there is an old aio with an hdd. check the temperature? consider upgrading to a ssd? run a malware scan on the system?

Temperature is fine too, possibly it was RAM since I saw that my AIO has a Samsung and a Lenovo stick and one of them seems loose.
