Following the CMOS reset procedure, my PC starts up normally, but when attempting to connect to Wi-Fi for the Windows update download and installation, it freezes. I force shut down the computer using the power button, but upon restarting, it keeps turning on and off repeatedly. Please assist.

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, provide complete system details. List specifications as follows:

CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the PSU age along with its make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.
If you're performing a fresh OS installation (Windows 10/11), disconnect from the internet and install drivers using the latest versions via an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
