It's a 2019 built computer, so I started by opening a few folders and it shut down twice before stopping again. I played for a while, then came back this evening. When I turned it on once more, it booted to the desktop but the keyboard and mouse didn't respond at all, so I had to restart it.

Later, it failed to POST, and the red light on my motherboard stayed lit.

I've tried several fixes:
- Updated the BIOS
- Performed a CMOS reset by removing the battery
- Realigned the CPU and re-flashed the BIOS
- Removed all components except the 24-pin and 8-pin, then flashed the BIOS again
- Attempted booting with a single RAM stick

Nothing worked; the CPU light stayed on constantly.

Details:
MBD: MSI X570 A Pro
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X
GPU: RTX 3060
PSU: Antec NE650M GB

I don't have access to just one rn... it'll be a few days before I can take one from my friend, and I'll update if it works.

I consulted another PSU and found the same issues; the CPU isn't heating up properly. Testing with another RAM stick (all slots) confirmed no problems there, and checking on a different motherboard showed normal operation. It’s clear the issue lies with the motherboard itself. I’m not planning to upgrade it soon, so I’m curious if a B-Series board would work well for this build. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

This aircraft could handle it without any issues.

Do you have any recommendations for the system? The AMD site mentions that the 3000 series isn't compatible with the A320.

They come with a new BIOS version, including the 5000 series, but there should be some models with 500 MB or less at a low cost. All units should be out-of-box compatible.
