Have you verified the presence of plastic protective film?
Has the thermal paste been reapplied?

Upgrade your cooling setup. Your temperatures are too high. You might want to switch your PSU to 1000 Watts or more for your PC. I've used over 1000 PSUs in my systems for many years without any power problems. Overclocking leads to excessive heat unless your system has enough cooling power. Why push your PC beyond its limits? Review your system specifications and run it within the intended settings. The overall FPS improvement is minimal. This is just advice from a 61-year-old gamer and PC builder. Cheers and good luck with your diagnostics.

Mobo being default doesn't mean anything, show pics of the CPU tab in bios, if the settings are on auto go through each of them and try to see what the actual number is they use.
The only way to get that high temps with gaming is either something wrong with your cooling or overclocking.
Also gaming is much more single core than benchmarks, so on benches all cores get pushed which limits the amount of pushing that is possible to a much lower level, in gaming only a couple of cores get pushed and thus pushed much higher, high enough for them to crash.

These are the CPU configuration details I found:

Are you focusing on a particular setting? The auto options usually just have enable or disable, and my readings stay within package limits using HWMonitor.
