Your temperatures are significantly too high. You might want to use a power supply with more than 1000 watts for your system. I’ll set the default motherboard settings. Do you really need that much overclocking? Are you trying to achieve something specific by pushing your PC beyond its limits? Please give me your honest feedback from someone who’s been building PCs for over 35 years. I’m 61 and have experience with this. Kindly share your results. Thank you.

Reinstall the CPU cooler. Ensure the plastic protective film is fully removed.

I reinstalled the cooler, made sure all fans were pointing in the right direction, and cleared out the dust. The temperatures dropped by roughly 1 to 2 degrees Celsius, but reboots continue.
