I feel like at this point I've tried everything I know to fix the problem I'm having. I built my PC about half a year ago and is has ran the games I play such as (Rust, COD and Battlefield) perfectly up until a month ago or so. Now I can't even start up one of those games without my PC almost immediately black screening and restarting like nothing ever happened. Event Viewer isn't showing me anything helpful. My CPU sits at about 40C idle and my GPU 60C. I ran the Driver Easy stress test on my PSU and it bluescreen within 2 seconds. I'm leaning towards my PSU being the problem but I don't even understand why it would be. Any help would be extremely appreciated! Here's my build https://pcpartpicker.com/user/antisocial...ved/BYbsLk

Have you considered reverting to a previous version of the driver that previously functioned? You might be updating your 980ti with Nvidia's GeForce Experience to the newest version, but it’s possible the most recent drivers aren’t compatible with the games you use.

I didn’t consider it before, so I’ll give it a shot! I replaced the power supply and updated the case fans. Still worried the system might shut down during extended gaming sessions.

It seems you took the correct path. I’d have advised it to sound less like a faulty PSU. That symptom has appeared quite frequently across systems.

The computer isn’t turning back on as often, and now I’m seeing a lot of serious crashes while trying to run Cold War. It’s happening one after another.

Your new power supply likely resolved the issue. The cold war situation is unstable and could lead to failure. If problems persist, consider using the Windows Event Viewer.
