The PC restarted but never powered on again.
My PC has been behaving oddly recently. I got this custom-built PC last week, played some games and everything seemed fine. The next day I turned it on, ran a 3D mark test, after the benchmark it restarted itself and turned back on. I tried updating the BIOS and it worked because it didn’t happen again, but after another restart it never booted. I reset the CMOS and turned it on again, but the weird part is after turning it on I restarted it once more and now the PC fans light up, the RAM lights up, the fans spin, but no display appears—even my keyboard and mouse don’t light up.
Details about the specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte A520M DS3H V2
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600x
GPU: MSI RTX 3050 8GB GDDR6
RAM: 1 x Kingspec RGB 16GB 3200Mhz
Power Supply: Silverstone 600 watts 80 Plus white
I replaced the motherboard twice already, and each time the PC returns to normal, but it doesn’t boot again after a few days. The technicians who helped me troubleshoot suggested things like reseating RAM, GPU, cleaning RAM, using another RAM, a new PSU, and even replacing the motherboard before it worked. Is my CPU faulty or is there an issue with the CPU and the motherboard connection?
Sorry for not mentioning it's a Silverstone 600 watt SST-ST60F-ES230. The CPU and PSU were both from my previous build. I bought the PSU new about a year ago, while the CPU was second-hand seven months ago. The only recent upgrades were the RAM, motherboard, and GPU.
People still opt for inexpensive PSUs because they often end up with poor quality products. This usually leads to your PC failing and forces you to repeatedly purchase new motherboards. Since the low-quality PSU damages hardware, it’s a major issue.
Replacing the PSU is essential. If you keep using a bad one, you’ll just cycle through new motherboards until the next failure. Eventually, you might need a complete PC rebuild if everything is affected.
Since the PSU powers all components, it’s the most critical part inside your PC!
Life lesson: NEVER compromise on a PSU and avoid buying used ones.
Recommended good PSUs include: Seasonic Focus/Vertex/PRIME, Corsair RMx/RMi/HXi/AXi, Super Flower Leadex Gold/Platinum/Titanium.

My three PCs run on Seasonic. I have two PRIME TX-650 units and one Focus PX-550. Detailed specs with photos are in my profile.
A 550W unit is sufficient. A 650W or 750W PSU would be even better, as these models are currently more affordable than 550W options.
I'm sorry, but I wasn't able to purchase a new motherboard. I received one replacement at the same store twice, and my PC is linked to an AVR system.
AVR doesn't safeguard against faulty PSU.
Power travels from main grid through AVR to PSU and then to PC components.
When the PSU fails (which it often does), AVR activates to protect the PC parts.
The only function AVR provides is reducing voltage spikes and drops (also known as brownouts) by supplying steady AC power. However, during a complete power outage (blackout), AVR won't keep your PC running, unlike a UPS.
