Occasionally after rebooting, my PC fails to restart normally and jumps into the restore menu. The only quick solution is to save a restore point. I've already reinstalled Windows and replaced the SSD. Hardware: ASRock B450M mainboard, Radeon RX 590, Westerndigital SN570, SKILL AEGIS RAM. At this stage, I'm unsure what else to do except prevent restarts. I'm hoping someone can help resolve this issue.

Check the bios and revert everything back to the standard options.
