Don't think it's a debug light it's just a light on the board I think? I don't think the Prime B350 plus even has a debug light or at least I can't seem to find it online or on the manual . Any other ideas?

I believe I located the issue. After trying to reinstall the RAM again, it functioned properly—especially since the two sets I purchased at different times worked well. However, once removed, the system would post but not after installing new RAM, even though the module was in good condition from June this year. I plan to write a detailed guide on diagnosing the problem and consider returning it as a used item.

I ended up replacing my RAM and GPU every few starts until I identified the problem. It’s possible this could happen again. I was doing this roughly every two weeks for about a month.
