PC specs: Ryzen 5900X paired with Arctic Freezer III 360 cooler, Asus ROG X570-E motherboard, 32GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM, Nvidia RTX 4070 Ti GPU, Samsung SSD 980 Pro, 2TB PSU, Seasonic Focus PX850 Platinum.

Can this system handle gaming at 1440p with 120 FPS? I’m okay if the frame rate comes from upscaling and DLSS—quality mode is fine. I can live without the "Ultra" overclock and full ray tracing isn’t essential, though having ray tracing reflections makes a big visual impact.

Here you're all set to proceed. I'm running a 5800X3D with a basic 4070 chipset, and with those two upgrades, achieving 100-120 FPS in demanding titles is quite common. Even the occasional outliers like Ark Ascended still fall within playable ranges (60+).
