The PC remains powered on or fails to switch completely off following a restart from the start menu.
The screens turn black while the motherboard, case, and mouse lights remain active. The keyboard and mouse stop working. To restart it, you need to press the power button or cut the power supply at the back. Any suggestions? I just upgraded to a mag b550 tomahawk mobo.
