I upgraded my PC with more RAM using the exact part numbers from the sticks I already owned. After installation, I ran a CMOS reset but the issue persisted. The power button stopped responding, and even shorting the power pins didn’t help. It seems something went wrong during the process. The specs are 11900k, 1660 MHz, 2x 8GB G.Skill Trident Z 3600MHz.

It works now! I removed the battery, let it discharge for about 20 seconds, then reinserted it. After connecting it, it powered up with the power button off.
