I've got a vintage PC that's still running, but it's acting up in some odd ways. After replacing the motherboard and using a used i5-4590, everything seems to be working. However, when shutting down Windows, the screen displays "HDMI No Signal" while the tower continues to power on for 20 to 30 seconds. During this time, the monitor's power LED changes color unpredictably—shifting between white and orange, then back to white—until the system finally powers off. The lights also seem to behave erratically. This behavior suggests a possible issue with the display or power delivery during shutdown. It might be related to how the motherboard communicates with the monitor or a problem with the PSU's power management. Since the PSU is older and uses a UPS, it could be struggling under load or timing issues. I’d recommend checking the HDMI cable connections, testing the power supply with a different source, and ensuring the motherboard’s signal paths are intact. If the problem persists after these checks, it might point to a firmware glitch or hardware degradation.

It's hibernation or a fast boot setup.
