Hello, I recently upgraded my GPU to a 3070 and installed two 8GB sticks for a total of 32GB. The issue I'm facing is that when I press power on, the lights flash and then turn off, while the power button LED stays lit. It sometimes takes a few tries, other times it takes about ten attempts. Occasionally, when I actually power on, I see a picture on my monitors, but not always. I've checked the DP and HDMI connections, confirmed the RAM and GPU are seated correctly, and cleared the CMOS on my motherboard. Need assistance quickly. Thanks. 20230526_161839.mp4
