Hello, I'm experiencing a problem with my PC where it boots up but doesn't show any display. I have to either restart using a keyboard shortcut or press the reset button on the case. Sometimes it shuts down and restarts, but when it powers on, it's very slow and unusable. I encountered an error once: "TheBSOD:VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR (0x119)". When I run a benchmark test like Unigine Heaven, the game stutters significantly, achieving only about half the frames per second. The GPU usage is at 100%, with a clock speed of 1875 MHz and a memory clock of 6000 MHz. The power consumption ranges from 40 to 50 watts, with 30 watts from the 6-pin cable and 10 to 12 watts from the PCIe GPU-Z readings. If the PC operates normally, the same states occur, except for power usage which is around 90 to 95 watts (about 70 from the 6-pin and 20 from the PCIe). The issue can be resolved by restarting the computer or simply shutting it down and rebooting. Occasionally, it stutters for a minute before the screen goes black, but it doesn't completely turn off—it just displays a black image. There seems to be a fix available that forces the GPU to run in X8 mode via BIOS settings (X8 X4 or X8 X8), though this might affect performance if set to X2. My PC specifications are: Ryzen 5 1600A, ASUS Prime B450M-A motherboard, 2x8 3200 MHz RAM, GTX 1650 Super Phoenix OC, 1 TB HDD, 7200 RPM SATA SSD, and a Cougar MX410 case with a 500W PSU and 80+ white power.
latest bios 4622 with vtc 500w model are case and PSU combo, MX410. I own it for five years now.

Tier-E unit should be replaced without delay, even if the brand is known for poor quality. Also note, your existing PSU includes a 3-year warranty, but you're now entering year five—this isn't ideal.
