This PSU is quite poor, and the issues you're facing align with a failing unit in my view. Please obtain a reliable PSU and conduct testing. Be sure to avoid using cables from one PSU with another. Any A tier PSU should work for your PC at 850 watts or more.

It looks like my P cores are getting hot quickly, reaching 100°C, and even the cooler ones aren't helping much. I might consider trying thermal pasting for the first time. Wishing you good luck!
