I just upgraded my PC and noticed it runs memory training every time it restarts, even after waking from sleep. I checked the setup but didn’t find a way to stop it except by making sure the system isn’t powered off. I’m curious if anyone has suggestions on how to prevent this issue.

I previously relied on the Memory Context feature for better training results, but newer BIOS versions have made that option unnecessary. Have you updated to the latest BIOS?

Are you currently using Optimized Defaults or have you also implemented PBO/CO?

Yes, I can reset the BIOS to its default settings and check whether it shortens the boot time.

I'm struggling too. It could be related to Corsair RAM or the motherboard. Thanks for understanding—it's really annoying.
