I built my PC and initially assumed it was the PSU, so I returned it. A replacement PSU was sent, but the issue persists. I updated drivers, Windows, and BIOS, and disabled auto-restart in Windows. The problem mainly occurs during playing Overwatch 2. Additionally, the Event Viewer shows a kernel 41 (62) error with all event data as zero or false. My CPU is Ryzen 5 5600g, GPU is Gigabyte 1660 OC, PSU is Gigabyte UD850GM, RAM is G Skill Ripjaws 16GB (2x8) at 3200MHz, and storage is Kingston NVMe M.2 NV1 1TB. The case uses Corsair 275r Airflow.

Restarted the BIOS settings, and everything looks fine. I'll update this thread if the issue continues. The problem might be connected to XMP.

What was your previous PSU and its age? If you're reusing your older OS drive, please cease, safeguard essential mission-critical data from the OS drive, and then reinstall your operating system after creating a bootable installer for your OS.

everything was brand new and I haven't recycled any components. my previous PSU was a Corsair CX650-F brand new.

I encountered the same issue and only changed sleep mode or hibernation settings. You can try powering on and following this guide to manage PCIe link state power management in Windows. I hope this helps, as a fresh system reset or energy configuration might resolve the problem.

I'm not making any changes, just playing CS2 and it's restarting in the menu but not in the game.
