Pc constantly freezing on startup.
I've been plagued the past few days with my pc not booting properly.
Every once in a while during my resets I would eventually get back to the windows login. And from there zero issues.
However if I turned it off it takes me well over an hour to get it back on properly.
Today I decided to do a reformat through the OS.
Froze during the restart
Got back in and loaded to a USB
Restart. Bios boot. Load from USB
Since then I have had zero luck getting it to reset.
I've made it to the advanced / repair options and both times froze during that menu.
On hard boot restarts.
I either freeze during the asus logo loading. Shortly after the bios menu.
Freeze a few times before bios.
Get to the windows install to freeze up immediately.
Get to windows install and frozen after a few seconds navigating the selections.

Been at this 5 hours now and have not gotten any further than this.
Upon searching I've tried a few things
Replacing the power supply cord. My original was decently loose. New one was a tight fit.
Removing all plug-ins minus display keyboard mouse.
Removing ram and installing one at a time.
Full reset of internal cables
Resetting the cmos
Even replacing the cmos battery
Can get into bios fine. Boot manager and my USB are both showing. Can't get a complete boot to either. Tried resetting bios as well.
My ideas for the issue at the moment.
Possible faulty hard drive? Granted this is the only issue I've ran into on anything.
Faulty motherboard? Another issue I've had is my internet going out periodically. Fixed just by replugging the network cable to my router.
Anyone have any advice to narrow this down or get me going temporarily?

Update:
Couldn't get a answer so bit the bullet on a motherboard and new hard drive. If they weren't the cause, son was getting them anyways.

Got nowhere with this one so could 99% assume the hard drive was not the issue.

I got further then before.
First few boots immediately went to my usb flash for windows. But here it would freeze some. But overall could get further then before. However, never far enough to reinstall windows.
Reset and tried 1 ram stick as well just in case and no changes.
Last resort. I pulled the power supply for my son's computer and got straight to windows install. However then immediately shut down. My guess, it being 600w and not able to support the cpu and gpu.
Sometimes would get a body with pnp driver watchdog error.
Does anyone have any advice or ideas before I pull the trigger once again on a new part that may not be the issue?
I just swapped out the old motherboard and everything else, then tried starting with both power sources. It stopped right away after a split second.
I took out the sata cables from the Corsair Air Commander thingy.
It started up just fine.
Then I got a new one and installed it... but the same problems appeared...
Help needed. The last two parts I haven’t replaced, but I don’t know why they’re still an issue.
No. It was taken off from power and started working properly. Clearly, without cooling the CPU, it couldn't run for long. Now that I've replaced it, it still doesn't boot with the new unit. I can't start it without it connected, as it shows a warning about the CPU fan when unplugged during setup.
Sorry, I'm unable to proceed.
I'm stuck with the pre-Windows experience, facing continuous spinning, freezing, or automatic repair issues.
I haven't managed to access Windows or install from a flash screen.
Attempt to erase the CMOS. Set up a paired RAM module in slots a2 and b2. Start the device. What system is being managed?
