Hey there, I'm trying to understand what's been going on with my PC lately. It was upgraded back in November 2022. The spec sheet says it's a 13700k MSI Z690-A with DDR4 Corsair Vengeance LPX memory (two 16GB sticks). My old build had the Corsair MP600 Pro XT and the EVGA 650 G+ card, which is now in an RMx 850 slot. For over a year now, everything seems normal until I tried to boot up one morning. The GPU fans are spinning nonstop, the VGA LED on the motherboard is lit, and it works just fine. But every time I power on, I have to reset it multiple times before it boots. I've checked forums and tried a bunch of fixes—reset CMOS, removed peripherals, swapped the GPU to another PCI slot, upgraded my PSU from 650W to 850W, and even replaced RAM. Nothing seems to help. The PC still boots without the GPU installed. Any suggestions? Thanks!
