everything seems fine but it’s still having problems. I’m trying to put a usb in for windows and it doesn’t even flash. But it powers on key boards and stuff. I would atleast expect it to bring me to bios but not even bios is showing up. It looks fine too but no screen.

I've experimented with various fixes like changing RAM, reseating the CPU, updating GPU connections, adjusting CMOS, and plugging in/unplugging power sources. Nothing has resolved the issue.

Have you connected your monitor to the GPU or the motherboard? It seems like it might have been powered on, but you can't access BIOS or see anything on the screen. From what I understand, if my keyboard lights up, it usually means the system is turning on or shutting down.
