Whenever i shut down my PC, only the display lights up while the fans and RGB stay active! Also, the DRAM light turns on. I can't force shutdown—it doesn't work! I've tried most Windows settings and updated the BIOS too. I did a CMOS battery reset, but it didn't help.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
