I powered on my PC and noticed an unusual buzzing sound coming from the power supply area. Since I had two power supplies available, I tested both and they produced the same noise. I’m unsure what might be causing this sound, so if you have any ideas, please share them.

It's actually an air cooler, yet the sound wasn't coming from that part either.

The issue was related to the cooler fans or case fans, not the PSU fan.

It seems there might be some noise coming from the fan area, but no coil whine detected. The initial link appears to show coil whine issues.

Yes, the PSUs are different models. They are the same brand but distinct versions. No cables were changed during the swap. CPU or GPU load does not affect the noise level.
