Your system has been experiencing stability problems since installation. The graphics card would fail to start during updates, requiring a fresh Windows install each time. After switching to Linux it worked well initially, but recently the PC didn’t POST at all—lights stayed on but no display appeared. This suggests hardware or BIOS issues. Consider checking the motherboard connections, updating BIOS, and testing with a different graphics card if possible.

It seems there could be an issue with the GPU on your device. Based on what you described, it might be related to the integrated graphics. You might want to perform a system restore, reinstall RAM, reset the BIOS (remove the CMOS battery for a while), or boot in safe mode. There could also be problems with the motherboard ports. A 400W power supply is sufficient, but it's possible something else is causing the issue. Good luck!
