The original changes to hardware have been completed and verified. Three motherboards and two power supplies have been tested. I carefully reviewed the initial post and responses before offering any suggestions that were previously shared, ensuring clarity.
I received a call today explaining they couldn’t reproduce the problem. They applied some Windows updates, but I haven’t connected it yet, so I’m uncertain if the issue remains. If it continues, it might be due to a power supply or my Amazon HDMI cable. While attempting to log into my Microsoft account yesterday, I saw online that my PC is running “Microsoft Core.” Could this affect performance? I’m not sure, but it seems possible I copied the operating system from my Omen laptop during setup.
It seems the reference to "Windows Core" has been removed, possibly indicating an update or change in terminology.
