I checked both memory kits individually (two sets of 2x16gb totaling 64gb) and there were no issues in memtest.
Currently, I'm using just one set of RAM sticks (2x16gb) and have not experienced any crashes over the past few hours. I'll keep an eye on things tomorrow.
Regarding drivers, I've installed all the motherboard drivers from the ASRock website, as I always do.

It seems like there may be a problem with one drive or cable connected to a drive. Follow Colif's advice first—test the drives. Hardware tests aren't always accurate and can show passing results for faulty hardware. Then, try unplugging all drives except the main OS drive. Check for a few days to see if the issue persists. If it does, it might be related to the OS drive. If it resolves, reinsert the drives one at a time and test again until you identify the problematic drive.
