I would honestly take the board out of the case, and look at the underside of it for any damage near the holes on the board from when you tried to install it.
Other than the above, if theres no damage, it is possible the CPU just decided it didnt want to live on anymore.

Im doing exactly that at the moment. The thing is i dont really see nothin unusual. I dont know what to look for exactly but it seems just fine. And if that was the issue, why when i installed it the first time it worked perfectly but then i disconected a fan and decided not to work anymore? That should mean is the cpu?

Was the power connected during the time you turned off the fan? Might there have been a short circuit on the board. If possible, attempt to use a different CPU.

So you're down to CPU or Motherboard. I'm just asking if anyone has the same socket or a compatible motherboard to test the CPU, or if they've mentioned using another CPU on your board.

I believe the cable was connected to the PSU yet I switched off the PSU button. Will this still result in a shutdown on the motherboard? I’m worried because I don’t have another AMD CPU.
