The problem began after I replaced my GPU following the failure of the previous one. The computer powers on briefly, displays connected drives for a moment, then enters an MB splash screen with no option to continue. So far, I've tried removing the SSDs, trying different slots, but nothing worked. I also re-seated the RAM without success. Resetting the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery and holding the power button didn't help either. I'm starting to think it's a hardware issue, and I don't have enough money to spend 300 to 400€ on a new motherboard and CPU. I switched from a Radeon VII that failed to an Intel Arc B580, using the Asus Prime Z370-P II motherboard. I don't remember the exact CPU model, but it's quite old and slow.

When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide complete system details. List the specifications of your build in the following order:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
Include the age of the PSU along with its make and model. Also, mention the current BIOS version for your motherboard.
I can't recall the CPU you're using. That doesn't assist us. Remove the cooler from the CPU mount and use isopropyl alcohol to eliminate the thermal paste, then read the IHS on the CPU.
The saying goes, help us help you. Your specs are essential for our troubleshooting.
