The PC is experiencing performance issues.
Hello! I'm facing an unusual issue with my PC. On Friday it began to freeze unexpectedly during games and even on the desktop. I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary until that day. After reinstalling the graphics driver and updating Windows, the problem persisted—system would crash repeatedly. I suspected a graphics card issue (RX 5700 XT from XFX) and contacted Amazon for support. They suggested returning it and ordered an NVIDIA RTX 2060 Super. Here are my specs: Ryzen 5 3600, Asus Prime B450M-A, 32GB DDR4-3200, G.skill AEGIS PNY RTX 2060 Super (previously XFX RX 5700 XT), system power 960W. I found a video in the drive folder showing game performance before and after installing the new graphics card. Now that I've reinstalled Windows and updated the graphics card, it's still happening. I'm confused about what to do next—please help! Thanks, Michael from Austria.
Activate xmp/docp features using ddu. Keep drivers intact—don’t remove them manually. Check current temperatures. Quick tip: random links are unlikely to be clicked.
