Review the labels near the orange component to see if there are any clues about the issue, such as a RAM problem or hardware faults like the PSU or motherboard. I’m hoping it’s a RAM issue since that would be the simplest fix.

I faced a comparable issue where the CD/DVD drive connected via the SATA port stopped functioning. Perhaps removing all other SATA devices except the primary OS drive could help.
