One of the three, or all of them, are dead: CPU, MoBo, RAM.
You require a second, compatible system to examine each part separately, observing which ones lasted and which failed.
Alternatively, you can bring your PC to a repair shop and undergo diagnostics plus repairs.
I don't think it's correct, since I just got it to boot using BIOS after removing the SSD. Edit: I just received it and was able to boot into a Windows install from a USB without the SSD.
