My computer is stuck on an endless loading screen during startup. This happened after multiple memory issues, and the system tried to fix the C drive afterward. Now it just keeps running forever. I can't even access the BIOS.

One of the three, or all of them, are dead: CPU, MoBo, RAM.
You require a second, compatible system to examine each part separately, observing which ones lasted and which failed.
Alternatively, you can bring your PC to a repair shop and undergo diagnostics plus repairs.

Try connecting to the IGPG and check if you can access the BIOS. If that doesn't work, unplug all disks and see if you can reach the BIOS.

I don't think it's correct, since I just got it to boot using BIOS after removing the SSD. Edit: I just received it and was able to boot into a Windows install from a USB without the SSD.

Your system became damaged while you faced problems. If you don’t require any changes from the corrupted Windows installation, simply install a new version and let us know if it resolves the issue.
