It explains what happens when you click "This PC." You should see all drives listed, showing the space used on each. Your C drive should appear almost empty. If a drive is full, it would indicate an issue (I notice the Nvidia driver mentions no space left). You might also check the task manager for memory usage. If it's near 100%, it could mean the same problem with memory. With 16 GB, you shouldn't exceed 20-30% usage at idle, especially if you haven't installed any apps in the background. If neither drive is full and you have sufficient RAM, consider unplugging the HDD and reinstalling Windows on the SSD. There might still be a boot partition from the old installation affecting performance. If your Windows feels slow after reinstalling on the SSD without the HDD connected, it could point to an SSD, RAM, or CPU issue.
I did and I still notice the issue. Even Spotify is very choppy.
How can I verify if Windows is installed on my HDD since the folder is now empty and I rebooted to default settings? Still think reinstalling Windows with the drive unplugged is a good idea. Apologies for the delayed reply—I haven't been using the PC because of this situation.
